We provide high-quality accommodation for professional staff of corporate and business clients. Many of the professionals we house are relocating to new jobs and need a high standard of accommodation (as good as their own homes) to live in while they settle into their new job and look for a new home to buy.

Other professionals come to us while they are on placement – for example as temporary managers drafted in for the opening of a new branch of a major retailer or consultants related to major new office or retail developments.

Dealing with maintenance

To ensure that each of the properties we operate remains at a high standard for our clients and their staff, we send in our own cleaners weekly. It’s part of their task to report back to us even the slightest issue that requires attention so that we can attend to it immediately.

We only bother you for major items such as structural or boiler failure issues. And if you wish, we are happy to project manage these for you too. We conduct a full inspection of each property monthly and we are happy to report back to you or your agent following these inspections. You can even accompany us on our inspections if you so desire.

Less wear and tear

Our professionals cause less wear and tear than families. They work at least five days a week and many go home to see their partners and families at weekends. Spending less time in the house than families, there are also no children to damage walls, carpets etc.

We ensure that the professionals living in each house have similar working patterns so there is no friction and we provide them with a pleasant lounge with widescreen TV and a Virgin TV package to encourage that home- from-home atmosphere.

We even regularly refresh the décor to keep each home up to our very high standards to continuously deliver the quality of accommodation that our clients expect and deserve.
